PagerDuty is seeking a Sr. Workday Integration Analyst to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As a Sr. Workday Integration Analyst, you will play a pivotal role as the technical point of contact for assigned projects, contributing to solution design, creating technical documentation, implementation, and production support. This position involves working on diverse system integration initiatives, primarily with Workday and other People Team systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate on various system integration initiatives, encompassing Workday and other interconnected systems.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and document the Workday integration systems using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors.
  • Integrate Workday with third-party global payroll and benefit providers.
  • Configure integration security measures for robust data protection.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production efficiently.
  • Develop Workday custom reports, including BIRT (nice to have).
  • Partner and build relationships with stakeholders to align on objectives, translating business requirements into system requirements and advance Workday adoption and ease of use.
  • Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration development lifecycle.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities, ensuring efficient organization and communication.
  • Contribute to other assigned projects and tasks as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient technical knowledge of Workday HCM and third-party payroll and benefit vendors (e.g. ADP, CloudPay, Fidelity, Aetna, etc.)
  • 4+ years of experience within or supporting Human Resources, Financial, or similar
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in:
    • Developing Workday inbound and outbound integrations, including Studio, PECI, EIB, RaaS, and Web Service.
    • Developing Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
    • Working with Workday Studio and Object Transporter (OX 2.0).
    • Essential knowledge of XML and XSLT for interaction with SOAP and REST-based web services
    • Proven experience managing and ensuring the seamless integration of Workday and vendor systems.
    • Experience using Jira and Google Suite of Office Products.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in high-tech, SaaS industries.
  • Workday Integration Certifications.
  • Agile HR Systems mindset.
  • Skilled at building consensus and effectively collaborating with team members across all levels.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, demonstrating a sense of urgency.

This role is expected to come into our Toronto office 1-2 days per week.

The base salary range for this position is 113,000 - 158,000 CAD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
