Main Responsibilities

Temporary summer position focused on batch production:

1. Perform packaging work and operate conditioning lines in accordance with established procedures.
2. Ensure production steps are followed as specified in the FMC.
3. Complete production documentation diligently.
4. Conduct quality control during production and notify the supervisor of any deviations.
5. Perform product inspections as necessary.
6. Ensure documentation of deviations is completed.
7. Ensure the availability of necessary equipment to perform tasks.
8. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of workstations, equipment, following BPF and HSE standards.
9. Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.
10. Participate in teamwork and contribute to the development of new work methods.
11. Maintain technical qualifications and knowledge of current methods and procedures.

Equipment and Materials

1. Verify proper functioning and compliance of equipment and facilities.
2. Use equipment correctly.
3. Report issues to team leader or manager.
4. Respect production standards (TRS, productivity, yields).
5. Follow instructions and safety standards.
6. Assist in assembling certain equipment if needed.
7. Wash equipment and facilities.
8. Verify, complete, and transmit batch files and packaging documents.
9. Take necessary measures to ensure safety of persons, property, and products in case of anomalies.
10. Input data into production management systems as required.

GMP and HSE Standards

1. Perform work in compliance with GMP, HSE policies, and procedures.
2. Apply HSE directives, procedures, and instructions daily.
3. Report quality or HSE events to the supervisor.
4. Report issues and suggest improvements.
5. Provide training, mentoring, and share knowledge with colleagues.

Languages

French required; English is an asset.
