What You'll Do

• Support a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards. Provide clear communication on updates and changes, and train Associates in service area policies and procedures.
• Plan, prioritize tasks, and provide direction to Associates in collaboration with management.
• Train and develop associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and drive the timely movement of merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and aligned with presentation standards.
• Create inspiring displays in high-impact areas to influence sales and trends, driving the store's fashion, brand, and value strategies through dynamic feature changes.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant retail or service industry experience (preferred)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (verbal, written, active listening)
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to identify customer and associate needs; strong technical knowledge of register operations
• Ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
