We are a rapidly growing ecommerce fashion brand that designs and produces apparel for the plus size market. Since 2019, we have grown by serving our customers authentically with products designed for their bodies. By listening to their needs, we’ve built a brand they love. We are now looking for a Junior Designer to work directly with our CEO to develop innovative sock collections and plus-size fashion products.

The Role

• Assist in creating and developing plus size fashion collections aligned with our brand and market needs.
• Research trends, customer feedback, and material innovations to inform design decisions.
• Create technical drawings, sketches, and illustrations to communicate concepts.
• Build tech-packs and size charts for production.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to develop samples and ensure accurate execution.
• Organize and manage fabric swatches, samples, and visual assets.
• Support fittings, photoshoots, and related initiatives.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

What You Bring

• A degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Understanding of plus size fashion principles, including fit, comfort, and style.
• Technical understanding of sizing and grading.
• Proficiency in design software.
• Attention to detail and passion for inclusive fashion.
• Ability to work independently remotely and in a fast-paced team.
• Experience designing socks is a plus but not required.
