A leading company in the luxury hospitality sector is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee banquet and in-room dining operations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences through effective leadership and attention to detail. Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of Banquet and Private Events, working closely with the Events and Culinary teams.
Lead and supervise daily operations of In-Room Dining and Pool Food & Beverage services, ensuring consistency in quality, service excellence, and guest satisfaction.
Support the Food & Beverage Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance development.
Monitor service flow and proactively address any guest concerns with professionalism and care.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness, organization, and ambiance across alloutlets.
Uphold Auberge standards of service excellence and embody the brand’s commitment to genuine, intuitive hospitality.
Participate in team meetings, briefings, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Salary Range: $69,000-$72,000

Experience in event service or banquet operations is required.
2+ years of supervisory experience in a luxury or fine dining food & beverage environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
Knowledge of wine, food pairings, and fine dining service standards preferred.
