Get ready to dive into the heart of the action! As a Creative Producer at SSENSE, you will be the maestro behind impactful visual productions that will fuel our marketing, editorial, and social platforms. From initial development to the final touches in post-production, you will orchestrate captivating projects that will not only achieve our objectives but also leave a memorable mark on our audience.
What You Will Do
- Drive visual production from A to Z: You will manage every stage of your assigned projects, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring flawless delivery within deadlines and budget. Most productions will be managed remotely with international teams.
- Build creative and effective action plans: You will design solid production roadmaps, anticipating challenges, identifying top talent and resources, and negotiating mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Master finances for impactful productions: You will juggle budgets with agility, from creating purchase orders to rigorously tracking expenses, ensuring efficient financial management.
- Innovate and optimize our creative processes: You will be a driving force for continuous improvement, implementing smooth workflows and proposing innovative solutions to maximize our efficiency.
- Cultivate strategic and inspiring relationships: You will be a key player in developing and maintaining successful partnerships with talent and suppliers, staying abreast of the latest trends and cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, photography, cinema, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in visual production for photo or video shoots.
- Proven experience negotiating with talent agencies, suppliers, and partners.
- Ability to conduct basic analyses in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. French is required as it is the language in Quebec province.
- Availability to come to the office twice a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
- Flexible schedule according to production requirements and ability to travel internationally (between 2 to 5 times per year as needed).
