Position OverviewUnder the general direction of the Manager Health Services, the incumbent functions as a pivotal member of the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and provide clinical management to patients with complex health issues within the defined patient population and acts as a resource person to other healthcare professionals and to the community. The Nurse Clinician utilizes advanced skills and knowledge and performs at a high level of independence as a clinical practitioner, leader, consultant and educator. Practices are in accordance with employer policy and professional standards. The Nurse Clinician supports families in Manitoba, Northwestern Ontario, Nunavut and Saskatchewan as required.
