Job description

We are a leading-edge multi-country SaaS Applicant Tracking and On-boarding System provider.

We are seeking a professional sales representative to call mid and large-sized companies across Canada and the US to introduce them to our innovative Applicant Tracking and On-boarding system.

This is a 100% remote work-from-home opportunity. You can live anywhere in Canada or the US.

Your role involves engaging prospective clients in conversations, asking questions, listening, learning, and explaining how our technology can significantly improve their hiring processes. You will invite clients to a free online demo, which you will perform via Zoom.

This is a performance-based high commission position.

You must be willing and able to work at least 32 hours per week, primarily on the phone or conducting demos via Zoom.

You should be prepared to sustain yourself financially for the first three months before commissions provide a livable income.

Necessary equipment includes a late-model computer with multiple monitors, high-speed internet, and a phone for calls.

You must be proficient in using a CRM system and MS Office applications.

Potential Earnings:

  • Earn 100% of the first two months' fees for each new sale, with a minimum of $1,000 per sale. The average monthly fee is $1,700. Selling four new clients per month at $1,700 each could result in approximately $13,600 in monthly commissions. Actual earnings depend on performance.
  • Receive a residual income of 7% from each client's annual renewal, ongoing indefinitely.
