We are working with a market leader in the commercial pump space. They are a privately-held, leading manufacturer of commercial plumbing products. They need a Business Development Manager to oversee their energy upgrade lines based in Toronto market driving spec. Compensation for this role is strong with a low 6-figure base and an annual bonus program.

What You'll Do

1. Provide market coverage to ensure segment growth and customer support
2. Support the development of key relationships with consulting engineers
3. Coordinate all facets of the sale of company products and services
4. Facilitate interactive workshops and training activities

What You'll Need

1. Degree in engineering
2. 10+ years of experience in sales/business development
3. Proven track record of success in HVAC-related industry
