Job description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the accesso Paradox ski product suite. As part of the accesso Paradox Group, you will work with a group of product owners and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, improve guest experience, and streamline operations for our ski clients. A qualified Senior Product Manager will have successfully led one or more product teams, have thorough knowledge of B2B products, and have exceptional communication skills. Our top candidate will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects, and manage various stakeholders.

As a member of the Product Team, you’ll play a key role in the ideation, development, and innovation of our Paradox solution in use at North American ski resorts. Your deep understanding of eCommerce, Reporting, POS, Datalake, and BI B2B platforms coupled with our clients’ needs will be vital in shaping our ski product vision and strategy. We're looking for team members who have a strong technical background, who can deliver creative solutions, and who can lead successful, productive product teams.

Location: Quebec, Canada. This role can be performed in a hybrid version of in-office (Quebec City) and remote.

Reports to : Senior Director, Product Management Onsite Solutions

What you'll be working on:

  • Lead and execute the product vision for ski at accesso utilizing the client-facing accesso Paradox platform coupled with a guest-facing eCommerce experience.
  • Collaborate with a team of Product Owners, Engineers, and Project Managers to evaluate and identify viability, scope, feasibility, and business value of initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Guide effective delivery of roadmaps across teams from proper discovery to feature/product adoption through continuous discovery and delivery.
  • Gain alignment from leadership and stakeholders, ensuring business objectives & customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Set standards for successful go-to-date marketing strategy and adoption efforts of new features, applications, or initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders to best understand business needs and guide teams accordingly.
  • Maintain client relationships through direct access to ensure roadmap is aligned with industry trends and to gain validation of upcoming work.
  • Set standards and ensure effective communication of roadmap changes, features/enhancements and participate in product communication to stakeholders and clients.
  • Help the team manage competing priorities to balance supporting business needs while maintaining the integrity of your product roadmaps.
  • Measure feature/product initiative success and be able to present results to senior leadership.
  • Develop team members to help further advance career goals.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bilingual in French and English - spoken and written preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping B2B products.
  • 3+ years as a team lead or manager of product teams.
  • A strong understanding of the business needs and operations of a SaaS software development company in B2B or B2B2C.
  • Ability to understand the reality and needs of ski areas and ski/snowboard enthusiasts.
  • Ability to mobilize, guide, and influence the various project stakeholders to align with accesso Paradox’ vision and stimulate collaboration.
  • Knowledge of and respect for UX and UI principles when performing tasks.
  • Excellent command of the Agile / Scrum methodology.
  • Experience ideating and executing product strategies that impact business goals/metrics.
  • Experience aligning multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • Ability to converse fluently with business stakeholders (clients, operations, leadership) and technical stakeholders (software engineers, UX teams, product teams).
  • Excellent prioritization, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira.
