Project Manager - Cladding
Job description
Triumph Aluminum and Sheet Metal is a leader in architectural metals, metal roofing, and cladding.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage project contracts, budgets, and costs.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Direct role in customer relations and sales.
- Project selection and strategy.
- Coordinate materials and equipment.
- Manage and monitor RFIs, change orders, and contract documents.
- Ensure all specifications, details, and applicable building codes are met.
- Develop and monitor quality control documents including shop drawings, submittals, and field reports.
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers and consultants.
- Visit sites and meet with G.C.s / owners to coordinate start dates, site logistics, project readiness, and schedule.
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working with exterior cladding or sheet metal at a Project Manager level preferred.
- 4-year degree from a recognized architectural or engineering program, construction management preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office package.
