Pay Rate: $70

Our client, a top banking client in Canada, is looking to hire a Data Audit Consultant for their team. The contract is for 6 months and is renewable. This role is Hybrid, i.e., Wednesdays and Fridays in the Toronto office.

About the role:

1. The candidate will report to the Director, Data Risk, TI&I SME Audit team and is expected to have expertise in Data Governance & Records Management governance, risks, and controls.
2. The candidate will lead the testing and validation of deficiencies and will be required to document their effective challenge and overall assessment, being responsible for the overall quality, execution timelines, and testing coverage.
3. They may lead or participate in regulatory deficiency discussions with management.
4. The candidate will perform and document their work in accordance with CIBC Internal Audit methodology and will be accountable for the quality of the documentation prepared.

Must-Have Requirements:

1. Overall 3-4 years experience (1+ Years of experience in Data Governance and 2-3 years' Audit experience)

Nice to Have:

1. DCAM or DMOK Certification required/preferred
