• Manage all store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and daily sales performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or the central warehouse to ensure stock availability.
• Implement promotional campaigns and visual merchandising standards to drive footfall and sales.
• Ensure the store complies with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and queries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including daily cash handling, banking, and sales reports.
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for upper management.
