Location: Barrie, ON – In-Person Required 1x / week

Are you a creative individual with strong video editing skills and a passion for health, wellness, and movement? Join the team behind the AMT System & Tom Swales, a leading physiotherapist, educator, and podcast host, and help bring high-impact content to life.

We're seeking a Content & Podcast Production Assistant to support weekly filming, editing, and posting across YouTube, Instagram, and podcast platforms.

Responsibilities include:

1. Attending one in-person recording session per week to capture video and audio content.
2. Collaborating on creative content ideas aligned with Tom’s expertise and message.
3. Suggesting trends, hooks, or new formats to enhance engagement and reach.
4. Editing long-form podcast and YouTube episodes (once per week).
5. Creating short-form video clips (Reels / Shorts / TikToks) from recorded content.
6. Uploading and scheduling content on platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
7. Adding engaging titles, descriptions, and captions (templates provided).
8. Maintaining a weekly social media posting schedule and tracking basic analytics.
9. Staying organized with project files, media libraries, and delivery timelines.

Weekly Time Commitment:

1. Estimated 12–15 hours per week.
2. Flexible schedule for editing tasks, but in-person availability once a week for recordings in Barrie.

Compensation:

1. $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
2. Paid monthly as a contractor (must invoice).
3. Experience with video and audio editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar.
4. Comfortable with filming using camera and mic setups or eager to learn.
5. Knowledge of formatting content for social platforms and managing a social calendar (YouTube, IG Reels, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
6. Organized, deadline-driven, and communicative.
7. Passion for wellness, human performance, or rehab is a bonus.
