ADP is hiring a Senior Product Enablement Consultant, who will lead multiple initiatives in our HCM offerings. This role will be the focal point for requirements and initiatives – working with in-house product management, vendor partnerships, and via third-party integrations. The candidate should have a strong sense of ownership of assigned products that contribute to ADP's leadership in the HCM industry. The Senior Product Enablement Consultant will collaborate closely with various parts of the business to launch and grow these products.

Reporting to the Director of Product Enablement, the Senior Product Enablement Consultant plays a key role in ADP’s Business Transformation, with accountability for delivering Product Enablement initiatives within ADP Canada.

This role involves working with Product Development, Product Management, Client Services, Implementation and Upgrades, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to expand the existing product portfolio and lead the market introduction of new products within the assigned portfolio.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational success and implement process changes that support the success of product investments for clients and associates.

This position is ideal for proactive candidates who are comfortable driving cross-departmental delivery excellence in a rapidly growing HCM software solutions environment. The Senior Product Enablement Consultant is responsible for the success of a portfolio of product-related projects and initiatives.

Your primary stakeholders include Canada’s senior Sales leaders and Segment General Managers (Small Business Services and/or Major & National Account Services). You will serve as the main contact between our Global Product & Technology teams and the business.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Organize readiness for the introduction of new products and features.
  2. Monitor initiatives to ensure process adherence and achievement of goals, including milestones and budgets.
  3. Capture and consider stakeholder feedback in Product Roadmaps proactively.
  4. Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support product functions.
  5. Partner with stakeholders, including GMs, Sales, Product, and Technology, to provide Canadian business input on product strategy and roadmaps.
  6. Advocate for ADP Canada’s business needs with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams for strategic system launches, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
  8. Report on product health, communicate timelines, facilitate discussions, and resolve conflicts.
  9. Manage multiple complex projects based on emerging needs.
  10. Identify opportunities to enhance client and associate experiences through digital platforms and emerging technologies.
  11. Ensure strong coordination and alignment of the product roadmap across the organization.
  12. Prepare and present project status updates during the product lifecycle.
  13. Communicate the strategic importance of projects to garner support and ensure success.

General Responsibilities :

  1. Prioritize product feature releases.
  2. Assess and communicate the business impact of new features.
  3. Drive organizational readiness for new products and features.
  4. Define engagement, transition, termination, and support models.
  5. Support pilot introductions of new features and products.
  6. Exchange routine information with project teams regarding priorities, issues, and timelines.
  7. Keep cross-functional teams on track to deliver solutions on time.
  8. Track issues and coordinate resolutions.
  9. Define and maintain KPIs related to product health.
  10. Liaise with Enterprise Learning for training needs and delivery.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  1. 4-6 years of experience in go-to-market, product release, or product management; 1-3 years in a client-facing role preferred.
  2. Experience in areas such as :

- Time and Labour Management (TLM)

- Benefits Administration

- Unionized environment HCM / TLM / Payroll

- Construction industry HCM / TLM / Payroll

Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel) required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate, negotiate, influence, and mitigate risks effectively.

Education / Experience :

  1. BSc in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Management Consulting or operational experience at a large tech organization (e.g., Oracle, Amazon, Cisco, RBC, Manulife).
