Job description

Processing Plant Worker

Location: Chilliwack, BC
Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry is looking for a Processing Plant Worker for their processing plant division. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. Candidates must be willing to work shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities:

1. Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials throughout plants and warehouses manually or using powered equipment.
2. Clean work areas and equipment.
3. Assist machine and process operators with their duties.
4. Remove filled containers from conveyors and manually pack goods into bags, boxes, or other containers for preparation and processing.
5. Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.

Requirements:

1. No prior processing plant experience is needed.
2. English communication skills are required.
