The Position:
The Operations Manager oversees the “day-to-day” of the business, including interacting with customers, staff, and pool partners. The Operations Manager is fiscally responsible for all aspects of the business – managing the budget, payroll, vendor payments, and daily expenses. This is a full-time position reporting to the Franchise Owner.
