What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you’ll work in a fast-paced Banking Centre where you’ll make a meaningful difference in our clients' lives. As an Associate Financial Advisor, you’ll understand your clients’ needs and recommend personalized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. You’ll manage a portfolio of mortgage clients, focusing on deepening client relationships.

You should be flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and at multiple centres within a reasonable travel distance. The role requires full-time on-site work.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Client engagement : Understand client priorities, advise on solutions, and provide financial plans. Connect clients to appropriate banking services or colleagues.
  • Relationship building : Engage in marketing and outreach to value clients and communities. Grow your network and deepen relationships.
  • Business development : Network with clients’ families and friends, and participate in community events to increase market share.
  • Leveraging technology : Introduce clients to mobile banking applications to enhance their banking experience.

Who You Are

  • You hold current accreditation in Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or equivalent) and meet CIRO-MFD licensing requirements; CFSA accreditation is a plus.
  • You value trust, teamwork, and accountability, and bring your authentic self to work.
