Job description

About the Role:

We're currently seeking an experienced M2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with a valid Q400 endorsement for a contract position with one of our aviation partners. This is a great opportunity for hands-on professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to jump into a dynamic maintenance operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance on Dash-8 Q400 aircraft in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and company procedures. Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and electrical discrepancies. Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed. Adhere to all safety and quality standards. Collaborate effectively with other engineers, technicians, and support staff to ensure timely aircraft turnarounds. Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Requirements:

Valid Transport Canada M2 License . Current Q400 endorsement (or recent experience considered). 3-5 years of experience as a licensed AME. Strong understanding of maintenance schedules, MEL/CDL, and defect rectification. Must be reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused. Candidates who are able to supply their own tools will be considered an asset, though this is not a requirement.
