What you'll do

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers politely and friendly, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, making purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns as needed.
2. Cover assigned areas on the sales floor.
3. Zone assigned areas.
4. Move feature merchandise to its designated location.
5. Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other store areas.
6. Assist with Front End coverage.
7. Communicate with other associates to ensure proper floor coverage.
8. Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
9. Stock merchandise, pick items, perform downstocks if applicable, apply product protection, and set up modular displays, including flex modulars and shelf caps.
