Job description

Adecco is currently hiring a Social Media Support Agent for a full-time, 12-month contract with our client in the digital marketing and social media industry.

In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for creators, providing strategic, creative, and operational support to help them grow their brands across social media platforms.

  • Salary : $19.23 / hour
  • Location : St. Catharines, ON
  • Job Type : Full-time | Temporary (12-month contract)
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday | 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm EST

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the main contact for ~300 social media partners, providing strategic and creative support
  • Educate creators on platform features, best practices, and content strategy
  • Consult with partners to help them optimize their content and meet growth goals
  • Conduct outreach via text, phone, and email to new and existing partners
  • Plan and manage a daily outreach schedule and respond to marketing leads
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics and social media trends
  • Present solutions and ideas to help creators expand their reach and revenue
  • Support creators with platform navigation and troubleshoot operational questions
  • Maintain detailed records and reports for each partner relationship

Qualifications :

  • Must be eligible to reside and work within Canada
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing, social media, sales, or customer service
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online advertising tools
  • Strong computer skills with a comfort in using digital tools and data
  • Positive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to handle objections
  • Exceptional grammar, writing accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a drive to continuously improve and contribute

Training Schedule :

  • 6 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm EST
