  • Developing or leveraging subject matter expertise to support design & architecture efforts
  • Driving solution adoption by building consensus, supporting delivery teams, & resolving constraints
  • Ensuring project architecture meets business objectives, technical requirements, & customer requirements
  • Operating within governance processes, ensuring architecture deliverables address design challenges and comply with roadmaps, standards, & principles
You should apply if you have...
  • Expertise in designing data-centric solutions at conceptual, logical, & physical levels
  • Skills in data analysis, modelling, and maintaining enterprise & solution-level data models
  • Proficiency with structured & unstructured data, and experience with relational & graph databases
  • Knowledge of cloud & on-prem Data Warehouse, Data Lake, & Lakehouse architectures
  • Understanding of cloud architecture, operations, automation, & cost management - some cloud/data architect certifications (AWS & Azure) preferred
  • Experience communicating complex ideas to non-technical audiences, and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to identify & address complex business challenges & opportunities across information, people, processes, & technology
  • Customer-focused & commercially astute, with a drive to enhance the customer experience & present strategic concepts in a business context
  • Excellent communication skills & a strong team player, with experience in a fast-paced, multi-channel organisation, ideally in the finance sector

We understand that some candidates may be hesitant to apply if they do not meet all criteria. At Covéa, we are dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment. If you are interested but do not fully meet all requirements, we still encourage you to apply.

What’s on offer?
