We don’t just create to get people’s attention, we create to hold it. Our creative agency is made up of craftspeople—all rooted in collaboration.

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Coordinator to drive the development and execution of our clients’ social media content strategies. As an essential part of the creative team, you will develop, create, monitor, and coordinate our clients’ social media content across all social channels. The ideal candidate has experience with all popular social media platforms, is highly organized, collaborative, proactive, and willing to roll up their sleeves.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, publish and create content for all social media platforms in accordance with calendars and cross-functional marketing activities
  • Collaborate with clients to brainstorm new content and marketing ideas, including but not limited to : social media partnerships with influencers / ambassadors, product launches, content themes, trends
  • Support community management by engaging daily with client audiences, including but not limited to : answering DMs and public comments across all channels
  • Attend events and photoshoots to capture photo / video, with the goal of turning it into engaging and impactful content across all channels
  • Regularly review analytics and KPI’s to understand how client social channels are performing and work collaboratively to improve results
  • Staying on top of what is trending on social media to identify what can be implemented for client social strategies

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field of study
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience working as a Social Media Coordinator or in a related role with a portfolio showcasing your skills
  • Proficient in managing, publishing and creating content for all social media platforms and related apps, including : Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Capcut, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest
  • Strong content creation background with experience capturing and editing mobile video and photo content
  • Excellent writing, editorial and project management skills
  • Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Google, Microsoft Office, Slack, Asana, Hootsuite, Notion, and Later
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends for special events and launches as required
