Responsibilities

• Perform diverse hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling, while maintaining sanitation standards.
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing retail sales.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a positive salon experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in hair styling techniques and trends.
• Journeyman certificate and salon experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean workspace.
• Ability to effectively upsell products and services.

Job Details

• Type: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $20.00 - $27.50 per hour, including commission and tips
• Benefits: Flexible schedule, on-site parking, store discount
• Schedule: Evening shifts, weekends, Monday to Friday, mornings as needed
