Inside Sales Representative (Custom Vehicle Solutions - Commercial Truck Solutions)

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the outside sales team in quote creation,
customer communication, product and service selection by understanding the needs of the customer.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with the outside sales team to support quote creation, communication, and understand the customer needs and requirements.
2. Work to understand and be able to verbalize Custom Vehicle Solution's capabilities and diverse product offering.
3. Process orders from quote to final invoice in the SAP system.
4. Receive inbound calls and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales reps for further development and closure.
5. Research accounts, identify key players and generate leads for the outside sales team.
6. Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
7. Utilize open order report to contact current customer base and upsell upcoming opportunities.

Basic Qualifications and Attributes:

1. High School Diploma.
2. 2 Years Inside Sales Experience preferred.
3. Proven inside sales experience in the automotive, trucking, or construction industry.
4. Experience working with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
6. Strong listening skills.
7. Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
8. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
9. General understanding of mechanical systems used in commercial transportation.

Minimum Pay Rate: USD $23.00/Hr.
Maximum Pay Rate: USD $25.00/Hr.
