Hays is delighted to be working with this Animal Welfare construction consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager into their Newmarket team. This business provides all services from Design to Delivery across various animal welfare facilities, including veterinary hospitals, practices, shelters, aviaries, zoos, and university facilities across the UK and overseas.
This client is known as the Number One provider of Design and Building Management Services in this field.
As the new project manager, you will discuss with the client their ideas and needs, work with the multidisciplinary team to review these ideas, objectives, requirements, and budget, and in some cases help to select a site. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will manage and present feasibility reports and design proposals to the client, track spending, manage detailed drawings and specifications, prepare tender applications and presentations, conduct site visits, and maintain relationships with clients and third parties.
You will be involved in the project from start to finish, helping to deliver it within time and budget.
You will need strong project management skills with experience in delivering construction projects from design to handover.
