Responsibility
Operational Management: Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and develop hotel staff to ensure exceptional customer service, maintain operational standards, and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Guest Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional experience.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the hotel budget, ensuring financial performance goals are met. Monitor operational costs, track revenue, and optimize hotel profitability.
Staff Scheduling & Management: Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage while maintaining labor cost control.
Marketing & Sales: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests. Oversee sales and marketing efforts, collaborate with the sales team, and optimize occupancy rates.
Quality Control: Ensure that all hotel facilities, rooms, and amenities are maintained to the highest standards. Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate records of revenues, expenses, and profitability. Report regularly to ownership or senior management on financial performance and operational metrics.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
Vendor & Supplier Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other service providers, ensuring quality service and cost efficiency.
