Location : Remote (US / Canada-based, with regular travel to customer locations)

About Us

We’re on a mission to eliminate waste in food service and we’re doing it with an innovative line of sustainable cups and straws. Our products are used in over 4,000 North American coffee shops, QSRs, and enterprise chains.

We're growing fast and already working with major brands. The market is hungry for a better alternative and now we’re looking for a sales rep who can close the gap between interest and rollout.

You’ll own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts ($30K–$1M+ ARR). Most leads come warm through our SDR agency, inbound pipeline, trade shows, or founder outreach.

Your job is to :

Build trust with VP-level buyers

Guide accounts through samples, trials, pricing, and rollout

Travel to key meetings and drive deals over the line

You’ll collaborate directly with the founder and have strong support from SDRs and marketing. If you’ve sold a disruptive product before, you’ll feel right at home.

Responsibilities

Own and close deals in the $30K–$1M+ ARR range

Work leads delivered via outbound, inbound, LinkedIn, and trade shows

Coordinate product samples, pricing, and pilot programs

Travel to meet with key accounts, especially during trials and decision-making phases

Objection-handle effectively around innovation, price, and product performance

Keep HubSpot clean and pipeline accurate

Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless trial-to-rollout handoff

What We’re Looking For

3–7 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience

Experience selling a new or innovative product (bonus : physical goods or CPG)

Confident selling to VP-level Ops, Marketing, or Procurement

Excited about traveling to meet high-value leads in person

Self-starter who thrives in a scrappy, fast-moving environment

Comfortable with flexible pricing and building custom quotes

Excellent communicator who builds trust and follows up like a pro
