Your work environment at EXP

Based in Burnaby, you will be part of the Western Canada Geotechnical team, reporting to the Geotechnical Discipline Manager. You will join a well-established group with growth opportunities and challenging projects in the region.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Collaborating with Project Engineers/Managers, design and field staff on projects mainly in the Greater Vancouver area and Fraser Valley.
• Assisting in geotechnical site investigations and analysis under supervision.
• Preparing drafts of geotechnical reports.
• Supporting construction phase activities, including technical support, meetings, and field reviews.
• Contributing to project close-out documentation.

What your experience looks like

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or geological/geotechnical engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD; experience with gINT, SlopeW, MSEW is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license for travel.

The salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
