Your Role

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join the Country Field Sales team. This role focuses on new business development and account management, offering variety and growth opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Achieve local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets
  • Develop business opportunities and explore market potential
  • Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities, and update CRM
  • Enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and grow existing relationships and seek new opportunities
  • Manage market activities and conduct customer / prospect visits as per sales guidelines

About You

You are passionate about fitness, enthusiastic, proactive, ethical, and organized. You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess :

  • At least 3 years of sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role
  • A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
  • Experience managing complex deals and selling solutions
  • Excellent consulting, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Solid CRM experience; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills
