Job Responsibilities
- Develop and launch a steady stream of sales and marketing data science plays supporting business priorities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Data Science, and IT to coordinate strategies using data science and generative AI capabilities.
- Develop and implement Agents to support the Commercial Team's efficiency and revenue generation.
- Provide data-driven sales cycle support to elevate the right activities at the right time.
- Lead the Playmakers Council, partner with Regional Marketing and Sales Enablement to implement initiatives and programs that leverage data science to invigorate the commercial pipeline.
- Develop and lead the Digital Selling program to amplify reps’ voices, align digital customer experiences with in-person touchpoints, and digitally enable reps through new and existing technologies.
- Activate and train the sales team to adopt digital tools, incorporating clear change management communication.
- Provide reporting for managers, communicate with the sales team, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate integrations with the Data Science Platform, ensuring alignment with business processes and strategies; manage enhancement requests for tools.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or data science, preferably in scientific, pharma services, or related industries
- Experience with training and change management
- Independently driven attitude
- Experience with tools such as Compass, Seismic, ELOQUA preferred
- Understanding of data science, data science applications, and generative AI
- Experience in driving strategic initiatives, new business development, and managing sales cycles for a range of customer sizes, from large-scale to small- and mid-sized opportunities
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrix business environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience supporting sales representatives to sell more effectively and efficiently
