We provide high-quality home services such as lawn care and painting/staining for both interior and exterior projects.

We are committed to transforming our local residential communities and leaving homeowners in awe of the results. We offer both full-time and part-time general labor positions to motivated, coachable individuals eager to grow with us. We especially value skilled laborers who enjoy working outdoors and are motivated to do an incredible job.

Requirements :

• Some experience with hands-on work is preferred (no professional experience necessary).
• You will be trained on lawn care, painting, and staining projects to become proficient.
• Must have own car or reliable transportation.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Coachable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure the overall completion of projects from start to finish, maintaining high quality standards and timeliness.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site and project area.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, crew chiefs, and the business owner to ensure satisfaction.
• Distribute flyers and market door-to-door in neighborhoods around the work site.

Compensation :

• $15-$18/hr depending on experience and responsibilities.
