Job description

As the Digital Merchandising Coordinator, you will be a key team member in the growth of BRP's emerging eCommerce and marketplace channels through effective merchandising of high-performing assortments.

As a vital part of the merchandising team, you will manage the product catalog, create promotions, and optimize product merchandising to maximize online sales. You will report to the Digital Merchandising Manager and collaborate with product managers (apparel, parts, accessories), analytics, marketing, and digital performance teams to launch memorable experiences and increase market share.

The Digital Merchandising Coordinator will execute day-to-day tactical plans to merchandise products and work with the ecommerce merchandising specialist and digital performance team to enhance the digital experience and customer journey using new tools and technologies.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

  • Execute promotional and GTM activities, including content updates on PDPs for assigned brands, categories, or seasonal events.
  • Measure ecommerce category performance to identify issues and opportunities, proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate with performance, CRM, and marketing teams on content requirements and participate in product selection.
  • Manage briefs for product campaigns and ecommerce emails in partnership with Doo Studio.
  • Coordinate and allocate SKUs for distribution to our US DC, working with inventory and logistics teams.
  • Optimize merchandising content on PDPs to maximize time on site, conversions, units per transaction, and transaction value.
  • Manage content creation and organization of digital assets, focusing on customer needs and revenue targets, updating existing pages and creating new ones.
  • Set up promotions, coupons, and manage search results.
  • Assist Merchandising specialists with coordination of special projects.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Have 1 to 3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace, or Digital Merchandising roles.
  • Experience in merchandising apparel, automotive parts, and accessories is an asset.
  • Have a strong understanding of Omni-Channel and Customer Experience, including B2B and B2C aspects.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue, conversion, and retention targets.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, recommendation engines, and content management systems.
  • Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and the ability to influence in a multi-departmental environment.
