We are seeking a talented Store Manager for the Corner Brook, NL store.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  1. Team Development: Guide and mentor a team of Front Counter staff, Tire Technicians, Journeypersons, Apprentices, and others.
  2. Financial Mastery: Manage profit and loss statements, oversee budgeting, and exercise effective inventory management.
  3. Operational Excellence: Thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks confidently, and ensure excellent customer experiences.
  4. Sales Excellence: Drive sales to customers and within a B2B context, fostering strong business relationships.
  5. Recruitment and Leadership: Recruit, retain, and develop top talent while championing customer-first priorities.
  6. Safety Champion: Lead by example, follow safety protocols, and prioritize team and customer welfare.
Qualifications and Success Factors:
  1. A valid Driver’s License.
  2. A high school diploma/GED or equivalent; management training is preferred.
  3. At least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience is preferred.
  4. Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  5. Adherence to safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
  6. Foster a positive, growth-oriented culture where everyone feels encouraged to thrive.
  7. Build meaningful customer relationships and provide personalized experiences to drive engagement.
