We support projects in more than 11 countries across North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. Our projects include offshore, rotational, domestic, and expat assignments that occur regularly.

We are seeking a creative and collaborative Implementation Coach to deliver top-tier implementation services at all levels of the client organization. The Coach will interact directly with front-line employees, engage with management, build trusted relationships, and guide change processes. This role may require working independently at client sites across Canada and possibly internationally.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner with clients and RLG teams to analyze, develop solutions, and implement improvements in financial and cultural performance.
  • Demonstrate competence, confidence, and flexibility in applying RLG’s performance improvement techniques across various client situations.
  • Lead the development of a results-oriented, sustainable culture of continuous improvement.

Successful Coaches will be:

  • Accountable: Take responsibility for complex, ambiguous work and own outcomes.
  • Strong Communicators: Convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborative: Engage all organizational levels from front line to senior management to develop improvement solutions.
  • Learners: Seek ongoing personal development and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Building Partnerships: Establish trust-based relationships with clients to influence decision-making.
  • Possessing Commercial Acumen: Have familiarity or expertise in sectors like Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or areas such as Reliability & Maintenance, Operations, Construction, Change Management, or Project Management.
  • Technically Savvy: Possess foundational knowledge of theories, principles, and performance improvement techniques that deliver tangible results.

Candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA is an asset.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from shop floor to senior management.
  • 5+ years of leadership and coaching experience.
  • Experience in oil and gas, refineries, or similar industries is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI are advantageous.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) training.
  • Expertise in Lean or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in facilitation, presentation, and business coaching.
  • Willingness to do rotation work, weekly commutes, and relocation for relevant projects. Applicants must be eligible to work in the country of application.
