Position: Part Time Sales Ambassador

Weekly hours: 20-29 hours

Sales Ambassador

Sales Ambassadors at Lush are experts in product and brand knowledge, providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. They cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to shop excellence in sales and operations. On the shop floor, they surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun, inclusive environment that encourages customer loyalty.

Empathize with customers by providing personalized product recommendations and sharing your knowledge to create memorable experiences. Making a positive impact on the world, one bar at a time, is at the heart of this role.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Customer Experience:
    • Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and contribute to the store’s overall sales growth.
    • Customer Experience: Deliver a world-class experience by listening attentively, asking open-ended questions, demonstrating product benefits, and leaving customers happier than when they arrived.
    • Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values, including fighting animal testing, ethical buying, and our commitment to sustainability. Promote community engagement through store events and initiatives.
    • Product Passion: Continuously expand your product knowledge to confidently recommend products suited to customer needs.
  2. Team Involvement:
    • Development: Use available resources to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Seek feedback and opportunities for growth.
    • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Foster open communication, respect diverse perspectives, and promote teamwork and inclusivity.
  3. Operational Excellence:
    • Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and engaged. Keep updated with company news.
    • Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain an organized and appealing store environment.
    • Stock and Inventory: Adjust displays based on sales to enhance customer experience.
    • Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company standards for store operations, safety, and product integrity.
Qualifications:
