Job description

Position: Associate Finance (m/f)

Department: Finance

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the compliance handbook and actively support the development, communication and all compliance activity
2. Support all plans and site activities related to the management of quality and environment systems
3. Responsible for the operational balance sheet and reconciliations including investigation and reporting of irregularities
4. Coordinates the gathering of information and processes accounts for the Month end close process
5. Assist Program Management in costing of new products/programs
6. Assist Controller in Month-end packages
7. Administers Textron Enterprise Programs (e.g., Ariba, Captura)
8. Processes all payables, including record keeping of these transactions, for Finance Department within the facility
9. Ensure that purchase ledgers are administered efficiently and accurately with all payments being made on time

Experience:

1. Good understanding of Excel/ERP
2. Good written and verbal communication skills
