POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking two Digital and Social Media Instructors for our Academic Department—one for weekends and one for evenings. These instructors will collaborate with the Academic team under the supervision of the Academic Manager and will teach Digital and Social Media courses.

The successful candidates will deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences, ensuring students gain current knowledge and practical skills in Digital and Social Media and related technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Teach, train, and support students effectively.
  • Update course materials, participate in curriculum review, and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure fair and accurate assessment of students.
  • Maintain grading, attendance, and other course records.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to students.
  • Assist students facing difficulties to enhance their understanding of the material.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience or equivalent in the digital and social media industry.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is essential.
  • Experience with Google Classroom is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Experience teaching in an educational setting is an asset.
  • Understanding of the digital and social media profession.
