Job Posting Description:

This role is Onsite - Durham

Under the supervision of the Assistant Manager Quality Services, this position assists with activities required to process and coordinate inbound and outbound product samples to support QA processes. The role involves identifying product issues, supporting corrective actions following standard processes, and documenting sample preparations as directed by the supervisor.

About The Role
  1. Assist in processing and validating inbound product samples and non-conforming products.
  2. Support the tracking of QA samples and confirm accurate receipt and movement of goods.
  3. Assist in tracking samples as directed by supervisor.
  4. Help prepare samples for lab testing and facilitate communication with internal teams.
  5. Execute routine tasks, referring any deviations from standard processes to the supervisor.
  6. Support the date code monitoring process by recording date codes and transferring this information to team members or supervisors for further action.
  7. Work with internal QA stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate movement of products.
  8. Assist in coordinating shipments for excess samples and support product returns or disposals as needed.
  9. Maintain accurate records in corporate and QA systems, ensuring documentation is up to date.
  10. Respond to inquiries from team members, providing necessary information to support operations.
About You
  1. Must be able to lift cases and carry up to 18.9 kg (41.6 lbs).
  2. Must be able to work days and afternoons.
  3. Completed post-secondary education or relevant experience.
  4. Experience working in warehouse, manufacturing, or other industrial environments.
  5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  6. Basic knowledge of inventory management and quality assurance processes (preferred).
  7. Proficient in using technology applications for tracking and documentation.
  8. Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
