The Manager, People leads the People side of the People & Talent Operations team. This position embodies NorQuest’s values of ‘finding ways forward’ and ‘we is greater than they’. They support the organization in achieving strategic outcomes through partnerships with people leaders, employees, and union/association partners, fostering an environment that enhances employee experiences and promotes NorQuest’s culture and values.
Reporting to the Director, People and Talent Operations, the Manager, People is a key member of the People & Culture Leadership team. They play a vital role in developing and executing divisional strategies that improve employee experiences and organizational results. This role oversees two teams of HR professionals, including Talent Acquisition specialists and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), who support various HR functions such as talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, labor and employee relations, and workplace health and wellness.

Experience in:
SALARY : $114,556 - $143,224, commensurate with education and experience. This is a full-time, temporary position for up to 6 months.
