Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 ans d'expérience en support IT.
  • Connaissances en gestion des points de terminaison et des serveurs.

Position Overview

Daily Responsibilities
  • Configure, deploy, support, and manage desktops and laptops on the production floor.
  • Partner with managed service providers to standardize hardware and software, ensuring optimal equipment uptime.
  • Manage daily digital technology services, including Windows system administration, monitoring, updates, patch management, and email system administration.
  • Provide first and second-level support, including evaluation, consulting, and solution implementation.
  • Respond to daily and weekly technical support requests across a range of issues.
  • Maintain hardware and software according to digital technology guidelines and business needs.
  • Automate deployment processes using scripting.
  • Follow documented processes and procedures accurately.
  • Implement and support PC application software, develop standard software, and provide related support.
  • Monitor systems daily, verify hardware and system integrity, review logs, and ensure scheduled tasks like backups are completed successfully.
Success Factors
  • At least 4 years of support experience in an IT environment.
  • Experience with endpoint and server management.
  • Software packaging, integration, delivery, and asset management skills.
  • Scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) knowledge is a plus.
  • Networking skills (e.g., Cisco).
  • Security knowledge (Active Directory, patches, updates).
  • Experience with CNC industrial machines is a major asset.
Education & Certifications
  • Studies in computer science or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
  • Security certifications are an asset.
  • Minimum A+ certification.
  • Knowledge of networking.
Skills
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage risks.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and technical support skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to visualize and diagram environments.
