Key Responsibilities
  • Proper preparation and presentation of food following food safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace in compliance with health regulations
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering
  • Perform duties safely and responsibly
  • Adhere to departmental quality standards
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Bring
  • Secondary school diploma or at least one year of related experience
  • Safe food handling and knife skills
  • Ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
  • Proven high-level customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in hot, cold, and humid environments
