• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the client’s journey by proactively identifying customer needs and listening to understand their requests.
• Educating customers with relevant insights and expert advice.
• Building comprehensive financial plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals.
• Nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
• Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by meeting individual and team sales goals that enhance the customer experience.

What you need to succeed…

• A strong desire and drive to build customer relationships.
• A strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies, including banking, investments, and borrowing solutions.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals.
• Mutual Funds license and completed CIFP Diploma.
