Tasks: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Establish work schedules. Assign sales workers to duties. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Organize and maintain inventory. Manage cash. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Own vehicle. Public transportation is available.
