CINA Radio stations broadcast programs to multicultural communities. CINA AM 1650 in Toronto serves over 1 million South Asians in the GTA with 24/7 programming. Licensed by the CRTC, CINA Radio's mission is to serve the multicultural and South Asian communities continuously. The station offers programs in several languages, including Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali.

Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive located in Etobicoke, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Creating and delivering sales presentations
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Communicating regularly with clients
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Collaborating with marketing and programming teams to align sales strategies with company goals

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
  • Ability to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Experience in creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with the broadcasting and radio industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in multiple languages as per company’s broadcast languages would be an asset
