Job description

One of our top clients is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Backend / Cloud to work remotely for their team.

Pay Rate : $50-$55 / hr

Must-Have Experience :

  • Familiarity with cloud-hosted systems such as AWS or GCP .
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing services with Helm in Kubernetes environments .
  • Strong background in Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) .
  • Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services in Python using :
  • Flask
  • FastAPI
  • Celery
  • Proven experience integrating third-party SaaS tools into internal platforms.

Nice-to-Have Experience :

  • Familiarity with vendor-specific deployment and scaling patterns .
  • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools , such as Terraform .
  • Experience managing :
  • Cloud-based resources
  • Networking configurations
  • Security configurations

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and operate scalable and reliable infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Implement best practices for observability, automation, and incident response.
  • Ensure robust integrations with third-party services and tools.
