We’re looking for a skilled Sales / Business Development Executive to lead and expand relationships with key clients in the logistics industry. In this role, you'll ensure exceptional service delivery, drive client satisfaction, and uncover new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong logistics background, a proven track record in account management, and an established network to help fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and that service is delivered seamlessly.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for account expansion.
  • Leverage your network to identify and pursue new business prospects.
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with company goals.
  • Track account performance, offering regular updates to clients and management.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role in logistics or transportation.
  • A strong network of industry contacts and the ability to bring an established book of business is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of logistics services, including FTL, LTL, warehousing, and distribution.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving results.
  • Ability to analyze data and create strategies for improving account performance.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
