We are seeking an experienced Paid Search and Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team. The ideal candidate has a track record of leading paid media programs and executing web experimentation in a results-driven environment. You should have a data-driven attitude, take an analytic approach to problem-solving and have a strong understanding of data that drives paid media and web performance.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with our paid media agency to support daily, weekly, and monthly optimizations to paid media programs including writing of ad copy, suggesting paid media tactics and managing ad development.
  • Evaluate, measure & report on program and tactic effectiveness, lead quality & flow, pipeline generation, targeting, conversions and ROI.
  • Assist with paid media budgeting, tracking and forecasting.
  • Leverage ABM intent data in coordination with our digital agency to maximize paid media performance and targeting.
  • Regular analyses of google analytics and landing pages to determine impact on overall search results and web traffic.
  • Drive continuous performance improvement through leading our ongoing experimentation roadmap and A / B testing program aligned to short-term and long-term opportunities.
  • Lead optimizations to digital assets such as landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead generation forms, while ensuring accurate messaging, timing, and capabilities needed to implement the changes.
  • Analyze all key web conversion points and look for ways to increase efficiencies.
  • Analyze and monitor page performance and user behavior across website pages, generate data-driven hypotheses that advise strategies, and uncover areas of opportunity to improve the user journey. Present strategies to internal teams based on your findings from the ongoing testing, and analysis of the data.
  • Follow a clear measurement framework, define critical metrics, track and analyze website performance, and run forecasts.
  • Support on email nurture program including A / B testing, ongoing optimizations and evaluating, measuring & reporting on program.
  • Work to increase website, paid media and nurture email conversion rates and drive qualified leads to help the business drive revenue.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in paid media and performance marketing in B2B technology, preferably cybersecurity experience.
  • An analytical thinker with an ability to effectively turn reporting and analysis into actionable insights and execution plans.
  • Ability to develop a POV and implications based on data, and present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and positive attitude with passion for questioning assumptions and answering questions with data, to unlock value for the business.
  • Demonstrated paid media and performance marketing campaign creation, execution, and optimization experience.
  • Experience with marketing automation, lead nurture, and using sales and marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Pardot and 6sense (or other ABM platforms).
  • Experience using data and insights to inform requirements, ideas, and strategies with hands-on experience with web tools including CMS, A / B testing, site analytics and digital experience analytics tools like Craft, VWO, GA4 and Mouseflow.
  • Adept at leading hypothesis-driven A / B tests, experiment design, and running experiments.
  • Demonstrated skill in managing timelines, budgets and vendors.
  • Strong ability to prioritize work in a demanding, fast-paced environment while managing multiple programs / tactics at one time.
  • Able to use judgement to build program plans that meet targets and work independently.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to prepare and lead discussions across teams and work with senior / technical leaders across the business.
  • If the successful candidate lives within 50 km of our office in Waterloo, Ontario this will be a hybrid position (Monday and Friday – work from home, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – work onsite). If the successful candidate lives more than 50 km from our office in Waterloo this will be a remote position.
