The Learning Technology Coordinator reports directly to the Manager, Learning Technology Team. This position is responsible for providing first-level technical and administrative support to all KPMG professionals to ensure the effective, timely, and comprehensive resolution of inquiries and assigned deliverables related to the learning technology platforms, including the SAP SuccessFactors learning management system (LMS), the Degreed digital experience platform, the Kaltura virtual classroom/video platform, and Credly digital badges platform. Additionally, this role involves working with internal learning professionals to recommend learning solution approaches and collaborate on related deliverables.

This position requires attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively within a process-driven technical environment, focusing on quality assurance, issue analysis, and timely follow-up. Success in this role depends on strong relationship skills and a proactive, 'can do' attitude.

What You Will Do
  1. Provide functional, operational, and technical support for all learning technology platforms, including maintaining systems, creating and updating learning resources, promoting system capabilities, and addressing platform usage challenges.
  2. Consult with internal learning professionals on system capabilities and best practices to recommend solutions that prioritize learner experience and business requirements such as reporting and compliance.
  3. Facilitate the effective use of learning technology platforms through creating or modifying courses, plans, pathways, playlists, and virtual classroom sessions.
  4. Support the design, preparation, and delivery of synchronous and asynchronous video-based learning, including moderation and support for virtual classroom sessions.
  5. Produce reports to support quality assurance, identify trends and risks, and ensure stakeholder visibility.
  6. Investigate and resolve platform functionality inquiries, monitor usage, respond to escalations, and perform system maintenance and data integrity activities.
  7. Use the ServiceNow system to prioritize and respond to inquiries within SLA standards.
  8. Perform other duties supporting the broader Digital Learning portfolio as assigned.
What You Bring To The Role
  1. 2-3 years of experience in technology-based training administration/delivery within a service-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  2. Post-secondary education, preferably in Learning & Development, Computer Science, Business, or Human Resources.
  3. Experience with learning technology administration and first-level support.
  4. Results-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time while managing multiple priorities.
  5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Client-focused mindset, capable of working with individuals at all levels.
  7. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and efficiency in process improvement.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, owning work and ensuring quality.
  9. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
  10. Assets include experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Degreed, Kaltura, Credly, and virtual classroom facilitation.

This role requires fluency in English, with the ability to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders. You may need to interpret and apply policies, practices, laws, and regulations during employment.
