• Operational Management: Supervise daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service (if applicable).

• Customer Service: Ensure excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food quality, presentation, and service.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and manage F&B staff; conduct regular performance evaluations.

• Menu Planning: Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to develop and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal trends.

• Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and manage inventory efficiently to minimize waste and control costs.

• Budgeting: Prepare and manage F&B budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability through cost-effective operations.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards as per local regulations.
